Hello all, 

We are in the process of closing a 4plex in Indianapolis (income property) and I would like to know what would be the insurance rate for such property. Please see below for some detail about the property.

• Location: zip code is 46225 just south side of DT Indy (west border line of Bates-Hendricks)
• Building size: 2746 sqf
• Year  built: 1920
• Number of units: 4 units (100% rented)
