Hello all! In the process of buying 3 duplexes and need to know how much should I expect to spend on insurance in Texas? Any recommendations on an insurance company? Will I have to get commercial insurance? Thanks in advance for your help!

There are numerous insurance companies that offer these types of policies. You do not need commercial insurance for each unit. You may want to consider getting an umbrella policy at some point.

There are also a lot of strategies to look at when buying insurance. low vs high ded, foundation/water line cov? etc..

First and foremost- make sure your premises liability is high.

My insurance agent does a great job on my rentals in Texas.
