Spokane, WA Flip! Looking for insurance for it.
Hello Everyone,
First time posting on the forums. I'm a buy and hold investor in Spokane WA and I will be closing on my first property to flip in November. I called my insurance agent and they told me they do not insure flips unfortunately. Who are you experienced flippers using for insurance on your flips? If it make a difference this unit is a condo.
