Estimates for property insurance

Hello,  other than contacting insurance companies for a quote  on every deal you consider how do you estimate insurance?

@Michael Norris I totally disagree, you won't get an exact number but you'll get an idea for example you know that in SoCal you are paying too much if it is over $700 or so, and you won't find anything under $700 in most TX cities
