Can I get a flood zone clarification?

Looking at a property that is listed in a flood zone, but has a LOMA stating it is above the BFE. I’m looking to clarify the legal speak from the linked letter that the addresses listed still hold valid LOMAs even though the zones have been revised.

I also am currently in the flood zone worm hole. I however have had to, unsuccessfully, attempt to get my own LOMA. Can't really speak to the validity of the LOMA but I will say the FEMA office was actually very helpful and easily reachable for me. Also after a few calls to local land surveyors, all pointed me to one company who is the local food zone expert. He was able to give me quite the run down and handle quite a bit of the paperwork. Our property in question was rather interesting because at the date of last purchase it was not in the flood zone and now is. If you have the time and flexibility, also consider having the seller get an updated survey and LOMA. Our original flood insurance quote was $4200 and after an elevation certificate from the surveyor, it is now approximate $1200 I am sure someone will come along here behind me and have more beneficial info, but just wanted to add my 2 cents.
