Hi, I am put up my first rehab deal and would like to know where to purchase insurance for my rehab project? I googled a little bit and found the "vacant home insurance" policy. Is this the correct one I should buy during the rehab stage? If yes, any recommendations (company/agent) for this kind of policy underwritten in Indianapolis? Thanks.
