Texas landlord insurance recommendations?

Hi Folks,

Any recommendations for landlord's insurance policy for single family homes in Dallas Ft Worth Texas? The current premiums for loss and liability are too high and the quotes for premiums I'm getting are not any better.

I use Farmer's and own property in DFW. PM me and I will introduce you to my guy...he has been great and Farmers has paid on all of my claims for the last several years.
