Hi BP,

I'm getting insurance set up for a larger, 32 unit, multifamily building.  The complex is 4 buildings w/ 8 units per and then a smaller office space.  Who are you seeing are giving the best rates for insurance?

I just got a quote from my typical AllState agent it was around $24,400/year or $2,200/month which i thought was extremely high.

Any suggestions would be great.

Cassidy, All State is not going to be the best fit for a commercial property.

Connect with a few independent agents.  They should be able to provide you options from several companies.
