Insurance Riders (Add-Ons) - which ones?

I am comparing a few quotes for rental properties Insurance. These are single family housing. Does anyone get these add-ons?

Building Ordinance

Reversal of Sewer/Drains

Course of Construction

Freezing

Mold

Thanks for any advice. The one that seems worth it to me is reversal of Sewer but I was not even sure about that one.
