Need Property Insurance ASAP
I own a mixed use building in Indiana that has just had it's insurance dropped. I have evicted most of the tenants so I can remodel the building. I am having problems finding a new policy to cover the building due to low vacancy. Does anyone have leads on who I can contact to insure the building as I finish the renovations and get the units re-rented?
