Umbrella Policies and Subsidized Housing
I've recently been looking for umbrella policies for liability purposes on a couple SFH's I own. While I do not have any section 8 tenants currently, there is a possibility in the future so I wouldn't rule it out. A few quotes I have received have a clause excluding subsidized housing.
Does anyone know of companies that allow subsidized housing on their policies for umbrella policies?
