Fix and flip insurance
Hey BP community,
I’m about to undertake my first flip property. I’m lining up insurance through my broker. And she says her investors do a builders risk plan. But from my understanding that plan doesn’t cover the house just the rehab materials? So if I close and the house burns down the next day, how do I insure my investment is protected?
