USLI Umbrella Insurance reviews

Hey BP forum!  Just looking to understand if USLI Umbrella Insurance has produced any good customer experiences for real estate investors.  They seemed to be one of the few companies that will cover 5+ rental properties (up to 30?).  They look to have a c- rating on Better Business Bureau and barely a 1 star rating.  However, lots of insurance companies have terrible reviews on BBB.org (USAA for example is barely 1 star too).

Would love any experiences from fellow investors who have made a claim with these guys.

If you look outside the highly marketed "big name" companies and go through an insurance broker, there are a few other companies who can easily obtain a portfolio of 5+ properties.  I have numerous clients with more than 5 properties and we have had no problem getting them coverage.
