Liability Insurance for Vacant Property?
I have a single-family house on a .75 acre lot in a residential area in NJ that is currently vacant and that I have no immediate plans to rent. I'm interested in obtaining liability-only insurance for the property (no fire insurance necessary for the house) and was wondering about the cost and whom to contact. Thanks in advance for any info.
