Insurance companies -STR

Hello, have a closing scheduled for a STR in State of VT , any suggestions on insurance providers ? Tried reaching out to the normal national providers but was told STRs aren't done by them

We write 1-4 rental properties in many states.  I've found, for quality risks, the best rates and coverage are often from Regional Insurance companies.  Which company will be best for you is often a location by location decision.  The Fire Protection for the town, the condition of the dwelling, the age of the dwelling, coastal locations, etc. all can impact the company that works out best.
