Short term rental insurance
Hello! I am currently in escrow on a property in Joshua tree (technically 29 palms), and need some guidance with property insurance.
1. Do we need homeowners insurance AND short-term rental insurance AND umbrella insurance? Or are any of these combined?
2. What companies would you recommend? I have heard proper, cbiz, foremost. Any other ones?
