Insuring rental without replacement cost.
Has anyone insured a rental property for only loss of the building without replacement? Insurance rates are through the roof due to cost of material they say. Thinking about insuring without replacement until rates drop. Has anyone done this if so which company, Liberty Mutual said they can't.
