Anyone follow Aleksey Chernobelskiy?

Anyone follow Aleksey Chernobelskiy? For context, he produces a lot of content about passive investing, and advises LPs on existing and future investments. He has a podcast, newsletter, and also offers monthly LP Cohort courses where you analyze 4 deals from different asset classes over 4 weeks. He used to run STORE Capital’s $10 billion commercial real estate portfolio and oversaw the firm’s underwriting team. He's clearly passionate about this topic, and seems to provide objective and valuable educational content for LPs.

Has anyone subscribed to his Substack, or taken his course? What's your opinion?

What is also great is he shares a lot of other data from others on twitter. For example he is providing some useful information on two large sponsors who are going under. There is also one mentioned a lot on this forum that has a long thread that someone shared the investors are wiped out, just not officially because the sponsors are trying to scrape up as much money through capital calls to get back their own money that they provided to the syndication in the fashion of loans.

Not only does he review syndications that are new, but also based on what I read seems to have inside knowledge and unbiased opinion on should people participate in capital calls.

I've engaged with him on twitter and talked to him via video. I think he does a good job in vetting or teaching you how to vet. He's seen a lot more deals and tracks them so you get the benefit of 1000s of LP reviews.
