Transitioning to an equity broker for RE syndication

Hi - I have many years of experience in RE having managed my own brokerage for about 8 year. Over the years I have formed relationships with many investors and I would like to focus the next step of my career as a broker equity for RE syndication.  I’m thinking the best way forward is to partner with an experienced syndicator to learn how to analyze deals while bringing them capital.

Would love to hear input or advice to strategize on the best way to network and move forward with this “career change”. Perhaps there are people here that do similar that I could connect and network with.

Thank!

You have to be mindful of SEC regulations and want to avoid being a securities broker without proper licensing.
