Interesting Opportunity Appears

Posted

I had a roofing company reach out to me today. Well, I reached out to them. Was considering taking a job building some flat roofs - it's something I've always kinda wanted to learn how to do.

But anyway, we set a meeting and they are interested in bringing me on a salesman for their company. Smaller, local company so I'm excited. Interested to see what happens.

Gotta get that real estate money somehow =D

Sounds like a solid opportunity, Tony! Roofing sales can open a lot of doors, especially with a local company. Excited to see where it takes you—always cool to see how different paths tie back into real estate.

I sold roofs for 5 years and managed a few commercial projects when I was a gc. I'm just excited because they want me to do just the sales and I don't have to manage the project and be on the hook for ordering a flat bed of rubber =D lol
