Palm Coast, FL Real Estate
I am looking at doing an owner financed deal in Palm Coast, FL and wanted to see if there are any others out there that have experience in this area. I know there are some restrictions on short term rentals (1 month min.) in the area but I believe even doing 1 month rentals at a minimum, the financials of the deal still work. Just want to get some thoughts/suggestions for the area and would like to connect with someone that is more familiar with the area. Thanks in advance BP community.
