SFH rental - property management

HI. Im looking for a new property manager for my SFH rental in Indianapolis, fountain square area.

I bought this home in 2018 from a turnkey company.  i've never found a good manager.  my current manager just sent me a bill to repair a leak for 4000. that about 5% the value of the home, lol.  I need someone who is going to rip me off because im out of state. anyone happy with their management out there?

Hey Jeff,

I too am an out of state investor, except I'm rather new.  With that in mind, I use Indy City PM in Indiana.  My property manager has been good so far and is rather transparent, which I think is very important nowadays.
