Apparently, Pittsburgh is showing up on just about everyone’s list of top places to invest right now. Since you’re living outside the country, it might be a smart move to build a local team or partner with someone on the ground.

The city has a wide variety of neighborhoods, each with its own character and challenges—it’s tough to fully grasp the market from afar.
