Hello BP,

I am currently in the process of renting out my home in Tennessee, I found steadily insurance to purchase landlord insurance for a townhome that needs stud to stud coverage and the HOA covers the rest. My question is how much coverage would be enough for a rental like this to cover all bases. I grateful for any feedback that is provided. Thank you!
