House Hacking (Cypress/Katy, Texas)
I'm a new real estate investor looking to "House Hack" in Cypress/Katy Texas. I'm a disabled military veteran residing in California. California properties are too expensive to allow market penetration and investment for a rookie (like me). I desire to purchase a Duplex or Triplex in the Cypress/Katy, Texas market. My strategy is closely aligned with long term rentals. Any leads pertaining to a LOCAL realtor or investment group (in the Cypress/Katy, Texas market) would be helpful.
