Consult or Airbnb co-host

We recently purchased a three-bedroom 2 1/2 bath townhouse in Navarre Florida! We actually close Monday for 4th! It's new construction and we are wanting to Airbnb it but we will have to do so from Hawaii. We want to manage it ourselves but need to talk it through with someone who's doing it or has done it! Does anyone know or have any experience in managing this sort of unit from out of state?
