 What is a good cost range per sq ft for rehab's in Brooklyn or Queens. We Looking at Triplexes (mostly are 3 bedrooms-1bathroom  and 2 bedrooms -1 bath) with light cosmetic  and functional renovations. The sq ft total was 1,900. I want to have a general idea of the cost per sq ft ranges.
