Hi All!

Under agreement with my first STR in San Antonio. Woohoo! Excited but also slightly overwhelmed with what to do next.

Would love any advice on anything but also any local -

- cleaner

- handy man 

- designer 

And who would be the person who can help me set it up and take deliveries? Project manager?

Make sure you have verified that your property is not too close to another STR and will qualify for a permit. Familiarize yourself with the San Antonio STR regulations and hotel taxes.
