Need Help Connecting With PM

Stephen Castilow

I own a duplex in the South Hills and will be traveling out of state for work for the next two years (possibly longer). I’m looking to connect with experienced property managers who would be willing to review my situation and discuss management options that might make sense. One unit is currently rented to a long-term tenant (2+ years) and would be included in the agreement. For the unit I currently occupy, I’m open to several options—potentially a furnished mid-term rental, short term or moving out entirely and placing it on a long-term lease. If anyone is interested in connecting or has recommendations for property managers who handle situations like this, I’d appreciate the introduction. I'm looking to be essentially hands-off once I leave the unit.
