Does anyone have experience in the Adirondacks?
I am new to real estate and considering investing in Tupper Lake, NY (personal reasons). I want to buy and renovate a home for an STR. Does anyone know about this area? I would want to find a contractor, realtor, lender, and property manager. I don't live there so would need to do this remotely. Any suggestions for pulling this off? I do have my summers off and could spend the entire summer there working it.
