Looking for Brrr experience as out of state

Hello! 
i live in Chicago, sometimes I work the weekends.

I want to do brrr in Columbus, is this realistically possible? Is there anyone who has done brrr from out of state specifically and can share their experience please? 

There is a realtor who has a whole team assembled (lender, contractor, property manager).

Doing a BRRRR is possible, but it's not easy work. The integral prices for it go smoothly are the contractor and PM. Having a reliable and vetted contractor is important. Along the same line of thinking, having the correct PM for a C location is important as well. Having a PM that normally just manages A locations manage a C location rental won't be best since they aren't best equipped to handle those rentals. Most of the deals that are going to make sense for a BRRRR are going to be in more C locations in Columbus, like: Linden, Hilltop, parts of Franklinton, Whitehall, and East Moor
