Looking for a RE agent in Toledo Ohio

We are first time investors looking to buy a small single family home (or if we can afford it a duplex) for long term rentals. We are not looking to flip. We'd like to keep long term. We are out of state and will need someone familiar with handling boots on the ground stuff for us. Thank you!
