Anyone doing co-living / rent by room in Spokane, WA?

We run co-living properties (rent by room) in several markets and are expanding our team in Spokane, WA. We have multiple houses there and need reliable vendors who understand the co-living setup.

Specifically looking for a landscaper or lawn care service in Spokane who has experience with residential rental properties. We need recurring mowing, edging, trimming, leaf and debris cleanup, and basic seasonal yard upkeep across a few properties on an ongoing basis.

Anyone doing co-living or rent by room in the Spokane area who has a landscaper they trust? Or any Spokane investors who know someone great for recurring lawn maintenance? Would love a referral.
