Real Estate investor from Northwest Ohio
Hello! my name is Brad Gibson I live in a small town called Wauseon, OH. I am getting married in a month to my beautiful fiancé;). I work full time in the medical field doing sleep studies but I long for the day I am a full time real estate investor/landlord. I currently own and manage 9 units(Triplex and a 6 unit) which I feel has gone quite well so far. I have my real estate license which has played a big role in the deals I have purchased thus far. I've been doing my homework and am looking to flip a SFR in the near future. I look forward to meeting other investors and learning as much as possible on BP!
