Advice on Cleveland - Union Miles Park area

Hello Experts... I'm a newbie investor looking for some advice. I'm looking at buying a turnkey rental in Cleveland 44105 Union miles park area specifically around E93rd st and Reno. Is this a fairly decent area to own if the numbers are good?
