Hey BP! I'm in the process of my first deal and had a real estate lawyer recommended to me. He received my contract of sale and said "what would you like me to do?" That definitely is concerning. This is my first deal of many so 2 questions:

1 can anyone recommend a real estate attorney in Philadelphia?

2 what do I need a RE attorney for? (I know I need one but I'm not really sure why either)
