WHERE SHOULD I advertise my Wholesale Deals

Question

i have property under contract but need to get the property in front of CASH buyers. I'm already using CRAIGSLIST so I would like to try something else.

market it to other wholesalers in your area and split the profits with them until you find your own buyers. contact title agencies, real estate attorneys, local tax office to see who purchases cash in the past few months. craigslist, BP marketplace, facebook ads, if you have a website upload them on there. use bandit signs where it is legal. a lot of options.

How do you advertise assignment of contract deals in the BP Marketplace without having to put in the address?

Besides the sites everyone has already mentioned, there is no easy way. You either have a good cash buyers list or you don't. If the deal is strong than most good investors should spot it via one of the social networks, otherewise you gotta try and build up your cash buyers list and that could take months to build up. No shortcuts here....just gotta network 24/7.

I always suggest craigslist, thats my one stop when advertising a property, depending on your area, you will have your phone ringing all day if you post the ad a couple times. you can also try out MyHouseDeals.com i find a good amount of properties on their everyday and i also posted one on there a while back and had a good amount of investors see it. I co wholesale deals nationwide, its my specialty, if youd like you can message me and ill discuss with you how i can market it for you and sell your deals. I market for slightly higher and keep the extra money made that way you dont have to split the assignment fee with someone else, its a win win situation. let me know.

If the deal is solid, contact your local REIA and present it. You can also become a Pro Member and post them here in the Marketplace.  There are plenty of people who have sold & flipped deals on BP.  Just remember, those postings always belong in the Marketplace.
