Looking for a buyers agent in Howard County, MD

I am looking to find an investor-friendly buyers agent in Howard County, Maryland.  I would prefer that the realtor be an investor and also for him or her to not be working for a ton of other investors.  I know exactly what I'm looking for and have already narrowed down my geographic area of interest.
