New to Charleston SC and REI

Hey guys, I recently moved to Charleston from Virginia and am very excited about getting started in REI. I am looking to begin with fix and flips and gradually move into rentals. I have been looking at properties for the past month or so but am having a hard time finding properties that would be profitable. I would like to meet wholesalers and other investors in the area to work together!
