Newbie from Houston, Tx - Ready to wholesale!

Hello all!

I am currently a Work at Home Mom, to a sweet 9 month old boy! I offer credit restoration services, which has been the stepping stone in my interest in real estate investing. In my most recent work, I've opened, managed and operated an organic smoothie and juice bar, which was really great and rewarding, however we had to end our contract early. Before then, I worked in the multifamily industry in leasing and property management with A+ properties.

I am eager to begin the real estate investing journey, starting out in wholesaling. I do have great interest in flips and rental properties, however wholesaling will give me the funds to make those other opportunities happen.

I look forward to engaging with the members here and hopefully finding a mentor to coach me through it all.
