new investor from Philadelphia, PA

Hello BP members,

I wanted to introduce myself on BP. I found this site recently and have been taking in so much information but never posted in the forums. The bigger pockets podcast has been a great addition to my education as well. I am new to real estate investing and the limited time I have spent on BP has already increased my knowledge in REI 10 fold. I am currently working on my first investment which is a single family house in Philadelphia that I am rehabbing with the intention of renting. The current strategy I want to implement is to build a fix and flip business of single family homes in order to purchase rental properties that will create passive income. I have a long way to go to reach my goals but am very excited for the journey. I look forward to connecting with other BP members along the way.
