Looking for a Chicago attorney that understands wholesaling.

Hi-

Having a heck of a time finding any sort of attorney who understands the wholesaling process.  I have been told everything from it's illegal to it makes them uncomfortable.  I am working on my first deal which is an inheritance CASH deal which seems pretty straight forward to me, but alas I am stumbling through without the right kind of legal advice....

any referrals would be greatly appreciated...
