I am John Genovesi from Rockland County New York.   Rockland County is 15 miles norht of NYC.  

I have been a Real Estate Investor since 1995.   Just went through a recent divorce and am looking to re-build.  

My main goal is to network with like minded driven ambitious smart people who want to make money.  I would like to bring something to the table from my experience and help others.  I am also a Real Estate agent with Keller Williams with access to the entire market. 

I am particularly interested in possibly investing from North Carolina and south.
