Soo Excited!! Newbie from Atlanta Metro

Hi Bigger Pockets family,

I have been lurking and learning for a while now, so I thought I would stop in to say “hello” and introduce myself before I start posting all my questions.

I have created my profile, listened to podcasts, attended a few webcasts, read 1000’s of forum posts, set-up my alerts and launched my first yellow letter campaign (so far a 3.89% response rate!!!).

Now I need help turning these 5-6 potential deals into something that is a win-win for both of us (owner/seller and I). I guess it is time to take a trip over to the BP Calculators.
