Hi Everyone

My name is Ricky Singh. I am from Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. I have been On BP since last few months and enjoying all the great advice everyone is providing for free.

I decided to invest in buy and hold property. This would be my first investment. Bank pre-approved my application for loan last week. I am going to meet with realtor in few days. I am wondering if you guys can give me some tips for this meeting so that I don't get caught in a sales pitch. If there's any investor from Halifax, Nova Scotia here, please let me know so I can get in touch with you.
