Newbie out of Chattanooga TN!

Hello! I recently moved down to Hixson from Seattle exactly 3 weeks ago! Whether you're experienced or just starting out like me. I'm looking to network / create relationships, and seeking a local or online mentor. Currently I am in the process of creating a business plan, marketing, educating myself in this market and working on my affiliate license. 

My goals for RE -  Create WIN/WIN situations for everybody involved in a deal, but understanding that WE need to make money to become efficient.
- Creating a presence in the local market and working with other investors / realtors. I feel this business is only competitive if you want it to be, and there is enough meat on the bone for everyone. 

- Constantly educate myself and persevere with whatever comes my way.
