Looking for Portfolio lender in New Jersey!

Hi,

I am currently rehabbing 2 properties in New Jersey. Money for purchase is coming from a private lender. Money for rehabbing the property is through my LOC. I need to refinance the property once i finish fixing the place in another 3 months. Can someone please send me some referrals? I am also calling local banks to find out what they offer.
