How can I find probate properties in Chicagoland area?

I am wondering how I can get probate properties? Where should I look and who should I reach out to? I need 200 Brick bungalow , and other 1 to 4 residential units probate properties by the end of May. ANd whoever is a probate expert please comment thanks

@Anthony Kondor I'm not in the slightest bit clear what you are asking others to do.

Tell you how to find deals in a single post? Where are the probates? They are in the probate place, aka courthouse records. They are found in foreclosures, in defaulted tax lists, in litigation, in abandoned properties, in fact everywhere that people own real estate when they die. And then there's inherited properties...

Reach out to the people in charge. Talk to heirs and beneficiaries.

Perhaps this topic merits some further education in your part.

You are looking for someone to provide free training (that I've spent years and many tens of thousands of dollars to develop and perfect)?

You can spend an entire day at the courthouse and ask lots of questions and hopefully the clerks will answer then to your satisfaction.

You can search the forums here on BP and hope the info is from people who've actually done deals.
