New member in ATL area.. Armon Franklin
Hello everyone! My name is Armon. I just joined BP and reside in metro Atlanta area. I consider myself a new investor with a little past experience.. as I have owned a couple of rental properties, but had recurring tenant issues & let them go several years ago. I am still passionate about real estate and looking to get back in the game! I am most interested in buy-rehab-flip, and also buy-hold for positive rental cash flow.
