Memphis and Macon GA Portfolios

Currently we are wholesaling two portfolios consisting of Single family homes, condo, duplex and triplex:

1. Memphis - These homes are located in Shelby county of 47 homes (which include SFR, Condos, a duplex and triplex) with 26 vacant. The current cap rate on these are 9;25%. If you are interested in this portfolio, we can send you the list of the properties. (these are cherry pickable)

2. Macon- This portfolio consist of 30 Single family homes that are all rented. This portfolio can not be cherry picked and it cap rate is 18.8% and the price for this is 1.2 million
